Earring Care & Info

POLYMER CLAY: Each Billie Clay earring is a one-of-a-kind handmade piece. Patterns will vary as each piece of clay is hand rolled, styled, and cut. Patterns may vary from picture slightly due to lighting and the different types of clays used.

METAL WEAR: All of my pieces are nickel free and lead free. They are all Gold plated with surgical/stainless steel. They all vary depending on the charms and decorative posts used. Details are found in each item description.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Polymer Clay:  Avoid water, chemicals, solvents, perfumes, jewelry cleaners, or any aerosol products near the jewelry. In the case that polymer clay becomes dirty, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. If your piece is varnished, hand painted, or has gold leaf, use a baby wipe to gently clean the surface. Store polymer clay jewelry in a box or a separate compartment. Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratching the surface. This will help with the preservation of each handmade piece. Brass: Do not wet brass as this will cause the piece to tarnish. Keep away from sunlight or extreme heat. In the case that the piece becomes tarnished, clean with a baby wipe or brass metal polish.
